Do you offer refunds / exchanges?
Oh man, so sorry to year that you don't love the item you picked out! If your product arrives broken during shipment or missing parts of any kind, we will of course refund or replace the broken or missing product!
In order to ensure that every product you receive is clean, free from defect, and affordable, we not offer exchanges.
We cannot offer refunds for products unless they are defective.
However, we want you to LOVE the items you picked out, so if there is anything we can do to help you choose the scents you want please email us!Â
How do the monthly subscriptions work?
After tons of great feedback from customers like you about our Kits, we have decided to offer them as bite size monthly subscriptions! This will allow you to Awaken some Art and Wellness each month, subscribing to just the themes that work for you: Art Activities, Wellness Journaling, or Aromatherapy Candles. Once you place your order you will be enrolled in our $20/theme monthly subscription! Each month we will ship unique handmade items to enrich your days and support your Self Care. Pause or Cancel anytime.
Can I send items as a gift?
Definitely! Fill your cart with the items you want to gift to your loved one. Be sure to enter YOUR address for billing and THEIR address for shipping. If you want to order multiple gifts we recommend you complete separate orders for each recipient, in order to ensure that we ship the correct items to the correct loved one. Â
How will my items be shipped?
We ship with USPS, priority mail! We always do our best to pack your products safely in their renewable and recyclable cardboard boxes. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships!Â
